Case study

Sweden No Sugar

A multilingual information platform about life, services and practical realities in Sweden.

Challenge

Build a maintainable multilingual publishing platform that combines editorial content, automation, analytics and production operations without making publishing fragile.

Scope

Information architecture, multilingual routing, website delivery, content workflows, publishing automation, analytics foundations and ongoing technical operations.

Architecture

Static and edge-first web architecture with Cloudflare, GitHub-based source control and deployment, plus operational integrations for content and publishing.

Technologies

HTML/CSS/JavaScript, GitHub, Cloudflare, analytics tooling, automation services and social publishing integrations.

Multilingual setup

The project publishes localized content for multiple audiences and keeps language routing, metadata and publishing logic explicit rather than duplicating ad-hoc pages.

Security and operations

Security-sensitive credentials are kept out of browser code. Production changes are handled through controlled repository and Cloudflare workflows.

SEO, analytics and publishing

Technical SEO, Search Console visibility, analytics, structured publishing and cross-platform distribution are treated as one operating system rather than separate tasks.
